Duncan Soutar of St Andrews is a family run business.
Our aim is to give quality products to any piper (novice or professional) and give our Soutar lifetime guarantee on our piping products.
The business was established in 1992 were things have went from strength to strength , there are now 5 employees (all pipers) which excel themselves in producing product for customer satisfaction.
My father (Andrew) former P/M of the City of St Andrews, winner of numerous major championships decided to make pipe and drone reeds, while myself learned the art of wood turning and chanter making at R. T. Shepherds, but in the end I left to concentrate on my own work, where thing are spiralling upwards.
We have numerous pipers and distributors throughout the world and you can see us in the USA at Grandfather Mountain highland games (North Carolina) in July.
